Introducing Morningside Real Estate

At Morningside Real Estate, our innovative and specialist methodology is borne out of the founding team’s depth of experience across real estate investing and real estate development or regeneration execution.

We seek to create value in real estate wherever it can be found, and offer a hands on approach across all stages from deal sourcing through to design and development planning and delivery.

Headquartered in London, our primary focus is centred in London and South East England, though coverage spans nationally across the United Kingdom.

Scalable Funding Potential

We generally target real estate acquisition opportunities valued at £5m+, with the ability to acquire at levels materially higher than this. Compelling smaller projects are also considered where significant value can be generated.
